This popular neighborhood eatery dispenses some of the most authentic, inexpensive Cajun and Creole dishes in town and its menu changes daily. At lunchtime, long lines are frequent as the business set, tattooed youths and families all gather for red beans with smoked sausage, steaming bowls of gumbo or jerk chicken etouffée with crawfish.
