Don't let the front desk people scare you..:
I am a patient of Dr. Zeitlin and I can only say I have complete confidence in him. I will not go to any other oral surgeon. His office has a lot to be desired. I know that if you speak with Dr. Zeitlin and tell him of your negative experiences with his front desk he will address it. All my stars go to him and his back office girls, they are very caring.
Inmates Running Asylum!!!:
My family has used Dr. Zeitlin for many years, but no more. The staff is arrogant and rude and Dr. Zeitlin has allowed them to ruin his practice. He recently married one of his staff and she is by far the worst. She rescheduled my wife for emergency surgery twice and then denied that she had done it. They will NEVER allow you to speak to the doctor when they have abused a patient. Bottom line, use any other surgeon than him. He is a good person in a bad situation.
