I had gotten referrals from a few people to get my truck work done here. I guess when these people used Tom's years back, he had better employees and maybe not so much business so he may have cared about detail more.

I started w/ undercoat and rust-proofing which seemed fine to me. Only don't care for the idea of having to return yrly for $40 touch-ups, even if not needed, to keep my life-time warrenty. If I keep the truck 11yrs like my last one, that's another $400 spent. Could have gotten almost 2 full redos for that!

Then I had them put an Encore tri-fold tonneau on my truck bed. The brand seems very sturdy and nice but his employee did not put all the foam seals in and it has leaked in the 1st car wash. Also, they didn't place the clamps correctly so the rails were raised incorrectly. I had to fix this myself. They had under coat, tar-type sticky on thier shoes when going in and out of my truck bed and I am still trying to get that off.

I got led lights for in my truck bed and the installer did not put them right under the rail. They are in the way and screwed into my plastic bedliner now! Not only that, he didn't measure anything. One side is not the same as the other and the lights are not in a straight line. Looks like a kid tried to throw Christmas tree lights in there. The tech also kept jumping in and out of my truck by standing on the tiny, side of the painted part of my bumper and jumping over the truck bed!! I also can't believe the Tom allows his workers w/ all the grease on their clothes DRIVE my 50 THOUSAND DOLLAR, BRAND NEW truck out w/out a seat cover!

He needs to check the work and be proud of it before releasing vehicle to the customer.

I am still going back to try to let them fix these issues and finally get my window vents I asked him to order THREE WKS AGO. I am a busy person and don't have the time to keep coming back though. I would have done these additions myself but didn't want to wait for a helping hand on things that need 2 people. I THOUHGT this would be the easier, more professional route...Professional?? No way. Maybe he can redeam himself and I can be proud of my vehichle and possibly he will try harder if reading these reviews...Nice guy but just turns my stomach when holes are in my vehicle and the job looks amature..
