A Plus Affordable Moving

Honest review. Worst experience. They showed up with a small truck because one of the guys thought there wasn't going to be that much stuff. We had to do 2 trips. They did not protect any furniture so there were scratches and nicks on the bottom and top of furniture. My hardwood floors at my new place was also nicked pretty bad. I mentioned to them to NOT drag anything across the floor. After 2 hrs, they seem to not care anymore because they rushed a lot of items inside and all I kept hearing was something being hit. I also mentioned to not rush and take their time if needed because I didn't want anything damaged. When they disassembled our bed, they dropped it and it hit the wall leaving a dent in the wall. This is the funny part, they took a couple breaks and when I went to check on them, they were smoking weed on their break in the truck with the door open IN my apt complex! One of the guys had the nerve to say that it wouldn't have mattered if they've gotten the bigger truck. YES, IT DOES MATTER BECAUSE THE TIME SPENT DRIVING SHOULD BE THE TIME SPENT MOVING STUFF! This guy complained a lot and the other guy kept suggesting that my NEIGHBORS should help because they notice me chatting with them. REALLY?! I was in utter shock. You want me to ask my neighbors to help do your job that I'm paying you for?! As if this wasn't enough, they refused to assemble our bed back together after taking it apart. They did not bring it to my attention until they said they were 'done'. They said they called their boss and told him they were done and that's all they could do for me. WOW. Very unprofessional, rude, insensitive, careless and INCOMPETENT! This experience left me with a disgusting taste in my mouth. Beware, these are regular employees too. Scary.
