Poor service:
I operate a small business and was looking to purchase some materials from this company. The website looked very inviting. However, when speaking to a representative over the phone, immediately after mentioning that I was only interested in purchasing a small amount at the time, I was then treated rudely by the woman on the phone. They would not sell to me even though I had a business license, they would not recommend any other places to purchase material, and the tone of voice was unfriendly. It was as if the person on the phone wanted to get me out of the way because I was not important enough.
If satisfied with the product, I would have made larger orders for the purpose of my small business. Undoubtedly if I had been interested in purchasing a larger amount (putting more money in their pockets) from the beginning, I would have been treated more nicely. This amounts to unfair treatment, favoring one type of customer over another. I hope that the BBB will keep this complaint on file. The damage has already been done and I don't see any way to resolve this in my case. I won't do business with them.
