Good Company. Made a mistake and corrected it.:
I called on Tuesday because my A/C was failing. They said the first appointment available was Friday morning from 9 to 12. I agreed. I called 9 AM on Friday to confirm they were coming. I was told that I was the 3rd appointment scheduled. Waited, waited, waited. 11:45 AM got a call fro Louie to tell me he was "trying to help other customers" and he cancelled my appointment. Said he could send somebody later in the afternoon (until 6 PM) but not in the morning.
First time in my life than an A/C Company cancels an appointment at the last minute, after confirming they would come in the morning of the same day.
I called to complain and within 1 hour the manager called me and told me he would send his best technician (the supervisor) to take a look at my A/C. He came, noticed that the air handler was damaged and offered to replace it for free. Came the following day, replaced it and didn't even want to take a tip.
Conclusion: This Company made a mistake, but eventually came through and more. I would definitely hire them in the future.
