I was headed to back to Baltimore from Moyock NC and my car started smoking very badly. I took the next exit and was blessed by finding AAMCO right off the exit ramp. The guys there were great, they quickly came out to my car when I pulled up with smoke rolling out from under my car. They quickly found a leak where my oil sensor had fallen out. While I waited in a very nice waiting room, they fixed my car and cleaned the oil so my car would not smoke. I am so thankful I found this AAMCO, everyone was so nice and professional.

While travelling to the Outer Banks for the 4thof July, out 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan jerked and would only go 35 miles per hour. We stopped at a nearby dealer and was told that the transmission was shot and we would have to get a new one after the Holiday.
We called a rental car agency and told them our problem, but before they rented us a car they recommended AAMCO and told us it was easy to find by the Hospital. So we limped our loaded van there. The guys at AAMCO found an electronic problem and changed the part all in about 30 minutes. We made it to the beach and back to Baltimore with no further problem. VACTATION SAVED! Customer Relations were terrible. I was lied to by the manager. The owner and manager were rude without provocation. It was shocking how rude a person who is the first to greet customers could be.
The job was completed over two days but was an hour job as specs suggest. The work done on the vehicle was less than an hour but spread over two days because of an incorrect parts order and because the manager didn’t listen to the customer. The job was not done to specs as stated in manuals.
