Cottmans Transmission is a SCAM!!:
Recently took my truck in and long story short they fixed the transmission without authorization!! Manager Kurt Taylor is very manipulative. He will tell you one thing and you ask him later and he will say something different! Performed unauthorized work and didnt even contact me when it was finish but instead just started charging me storage fees. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY!!!BAD MANAGEMENT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
