Mixed Review, good read:
Long story short. I ordered flowers for my wife on valentine's day.
They did not deliver the flowers in the proper time frame. I spoke to the delivery man, a worker at the flower shop, and the manager at the flower shop. All of them did very little to help me. They actually demanded the next day that I should pay for the flowers because they lost out on the order...
But when the owner found out, she called me back and gave me a refund, she also said she would deliver complimentary flowers + chocolates for the mixup.
I'll give the owner 5 stars for this, issues occur with every business and I was at the raw end for this interaction. But she did a good job of helping me out, which is what a business should do.
In all honesty, the owner should look at their management/delivery staff, because without the owner hearing about this, the review was going to be about 1 or 2 stars for how I was treated originally.
