I try to support local companies, usually it rewards me with better service and fair pricing. This is not the case with ABC Pluming. I called the Chandler office for a simple Rooter service of 15ft of pipe. I was told that a technician would come out, quote me, and there would be a $59 charge if I had no work done. The tech quoted me $179 ,which is high, but I agreed to it. 10 minutes later when the tech was done. He hands me a bill for $179 +$59 +$10 (incidental job expenses). They must always have "incidental job expenses" because it printed on the form, yet never disclosed until you get the bill. The $59 was quoted as a service charge if I had declined the repair, and they charged it even though I agreed to the repair.
