Horrible Business Ethics:
If I could give it 0/5 stars I would. This rating is not because of how the facility treats children but the Horrible business ethics. Both of my nephews were suppose to go to this daycare part-time. However with 3 weeks before one was suppose to start there was a 'clinch' in their system bumping him out and they took another baby who was FULL time in his place. They apologize profusely to my sister and assured them they would get him in the spring. After hearing what happened to my sister my other sister (whose baby is 8 days younger) contacted the business and spoke with the director. She assured my sister that her baby had a spot and imagine what she got in the mail....a letter saying there was a 'clinch' in the system and his spot was given to a baby who was on the FULL time list. And here is the kicker...it was signed by the director to whom my sister spoke to. Come to find out that this wasn't the only 2 babies that this happened to, there have been several families whose children have been bumped due to this clinch all who were Part-time. Luckily my sisters were able to find something as they had sometime however this is a horrible business ethics

Very disappointed - do not recommend:
I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by this facility. I toured the facility and after much thought signed up despite the fact that they seemed to have children crammed into every spare inch of space. They reassured me they had several openings. I filled out ALL the paperwork and put down a deposit more than two month in advance. I was told if I canceled with less than three weeks notice I would lose my deposit. Then less than a week before I was to start I received a letter in the mail refunding my money and saying that they overbooked due to a computer issue. I also found out I was not the only one. How disorganized do you have to be to have the number of issues they have? I also believe this situation warranted a phone call as soon as the issue was discovered instead of a letter. This allowed me very little time to find care for my two wonderful children. I guess when your biggest concern is money and not the loving care of children and their families a letter with less than a weeks notice is acceptable. I'm glad I found out what kind of people run the facility before I trusted my children to their disorganized care.

very unhappy customer:
I had a TERRIBLE experience at this daycare. The teachers...were wonderful. It was the management I was disgusted with. First of all the "co-director" Erin, gave us our tour. She was extremely rude, and had a very irritated tone to her voice the entire time!! The hallways were dirty, and grown women(employees) were standing at the front door gossiping about others in the daycare. As we stood at the front desk, awaiting the rest of our paperwork, an employee walked up with a question for Erin, (rude tour guide) who continued to be rude and unpleasant as she disrespected her employee right in front of us!!! Anyway, we needed a part-time center and they were right down the street. Our first day I was disappointed again. On our tour we were told the room ratio would be 12...we arrived to count 17 boards for children in the room. Stuffing my babies diapers and necessities in a tiny cupboard. All space was being utilized and they had no room to fit any of our things! There weren't even enough cribs in the room to accommodate all the children. I was very upset. The "director" Esther, seemed to be very elusive. I unfortunately still attend this daycare and have been there for a few months and have YET to see Esther. If she saw me and my child in the hallway, she would have no idea who we were. One last thing I've noticed...their turnover rate is jaw-dropping. In my child's room, I have seen four teachers come and go! I don't feel comfortable with a new stranger watching my child every week. I have had personal conversations with teachers, and have come to learn that they are treated very poorly. Myself, and TWO teachers from academic adventures are looking at a new daycare down the street. I've had a unbelievably bad experience with this center and would not recommend it to anyone!
