Bad experience. When my heater stopped working Accu-Air came out in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate for repair. Terrible service. Bonnie has zero customer service skills. The tech took additional items off of my ac unit and would not leave me the parts he replaced. Trying to hide something I guess. Both the tech and Bonnie said I had a 5 year warranty but neither could produce paperwork to back this up. I was charged over 400. For replacement of a 100. Thermostat. Will never use again
