Very positive experience:
My experience with Acoustic Design has been very positive and enlightening. This all started as the result of my wife retiring from her work as an educator here in the southwest and her desire to be able to navigate the home entertainment center that I had been involved with over the last couple of years. With that said, I was getting an ear full every time she made an attempt to turn on the system. It was twice as bad if I was on my favorite golf-coarse.
This had gone on for some time when I finally decided to make the change. After talking to Acoustic Design at length about my options, I decided to have some of their good things installed in the home. Better yet, she could operate it all at the touch of a button. This is a huge improvement as she is no longer forced to use many remotes (smile). Also, we can leave the home in the hands of relatives when we're traveling and they, as well, can navigate the system.
Lastly, I was very impressed with the manner in which each and every technician went about their work, with total respect for the home as well as my wife and I, spending time answering our questions.
