Poor customer service:
This is by far the worse company i have ever dealt with. Customer service is rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. I have never heard or seen people who work for a company to not put their customer's first. Since the first time i've had an account with them it has been ridiculous. They have hung up on me for no apparent reason and interrupted me several times on the phone (i guess trying to prove a point). They run their customers off and that is not okay.
