He is from Chicago, Illinois and moved to Arizona in 1983. He graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, did his residency at Penn State University and a fellowship in Preventive Medicine from the University of Arizona. In addition to being a Board Certified Physician, Dr. Watters is also a Pharmacist (University of Illinois) and holds a masters in Public Health. He is an educator and has participated in over 30 FDA Scientific Trials. Dr. Watters is very passionate about medicine and stays up to date on all new medical advances.
