The Royal Hawaiian refers to their weekly feast as a Royal Celebration rather than a luau, but offers cocktails and canapés to kick off the evening, followed by a pupu platter and salad, and dishes such as Kona lobster tail and saké braised short ribs, followed by dessert....

The elegant Royal Hawaiian, one of Honolulu's premier hotels, also features one of Hawaii's best luaus. The festivities start with a mai-tai and a fresh flower lei greeting on the hotel's oceanfront.
