These people were fast cheap reliable and straight forward. I moved hear about 6 months ago and I don't think I will ever have to go to a different computer shop again

Not so convenient...:
We always prefer to support local shops, and ABM is only a few blocks from where we live. Our notebook computer had a faulty LCD monitor, so we took it in for an estimate. They said it would only take a few days, but the price they quoted for a replacement screen was over $200 more than we could find one online. Once it arrived, it should have been a simple installation, but one problem let to another... and another, and another. I grew suspicious that they were even causing some of the problems. Every time we called, they said they would get back to us within a couple days, but they never would. Weeks went by, and they were full of excuses. I ended up having to call them every day until it was done. When all was said and done, the monitor looked good, but the brightness feature was backwards, and there were missing pads around the screen that protect it. To top it off, they installed multiple freeware programs on our machine WITHOUT asking which significantly slowed down it's performance. What I though would be a conveniently local and efficient shop turned out to be a stressfully delayed, time consuming process. We'll think twice about going back. Sorry guys...
