Over Vaccinated Dog and owner NOT happy:
I went for a normal, annual check for shots. I left spending over 230.00 and landed back in her clinic with my dog, for an emergency visit. My Boxer dog had loss all feeling on her right side, seemed feverish, very lethargic and couldn't bark. After spending approximately 4 minutes, that's right 4 minutes, with her, Dr. M decided that she needed a Benadryl shot and monitored overnight. I left without a straight answer from her on what could have happened or why she was given so many shots/exams that didn't need to be done. Furthermore, I have had no follow-up call as of yet. a I have called x3 times to speak to her today.
Also, I feel that the staff has been taught a technique to "upsell" packages that aren't necessary and is very shady. The animals are not even given the shots or tests in your presence, they take them out of the room. I should have taken her directly out and researched for another Vet. Not HAPPY and feel DISRESPECTED and TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
