Our business experienced a break-in where the glass in the front door was broken. We called All City Glass and have had a nightmare experience ever since. First, they arrived 4 hours after they said they would be there. Apparently "emergency service" isn't accurate. They then asked if this would be an insurance claim, after telling them yes, thay asked what our deductible was. We told them our deductible was 500.00 and we were told that if we wrote them a check for our deductible, they would settle the remainder of the claim with our insurance company. After receiving our check, they immediately cashed it at a check-and-go up the street, and billed our insurance company over $2,000.00 for a 4x6 ft piece of glass. After calling around, we have found that a piece of glass that size with installation is roughly $480.00. Our insurance company has not paid them yet and our insurance agent was cursed and screamed at over the phone by the owner of All City Glass and we have been recieving threatening phone calls every day since our agent refused to speak to them. 5 minutes ago I received a phone call that they were coming over to remove the glass from our front door. NEVER. EVER. USE. THIS. COMPANY. THEY SHOULD HAVE CRIMINAL CHARGES PRESSED AGAINST THEM FOR HARASSEMENT. The Seattle Police Department has been notified of their behavior.

Disorganized, unprofessional company with questionable employees and business practices. This company seems to answer the phone with different names so the phone number 206-622-0557 is the only way to track it. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding using this company at all costs!! This is my experience. I met with them in August to get a window quote. I was quoted a price and told the window would be ready within one week. I called them one week later and asked where the window was. They stated that they needed a deposit, preferably cash (not told to me originally) to begin the work. They had someone come out and collect the deposit. At this time, they tried to raise the price but backed down to the original price. Again, the window would be ready in a few days. One week later, I called. The window was not ready. They needed to come out a 3rd time and measure a 3rd time. They did. Again, one week lated I called (they WILL NOT contact you to let you know the window is ready). They said that they would be there at 2:00 to install the window. At 4:30 they arrived. They tried to put the window in. Despite measuring it 3 times, the window was the wrong size. No problem they said, it would be ready in 2 days express. Again, one week later, I called. They would be out the next day. They arrived the next day at 4:15 for a 2:45 appointment. This time they said, they can not put in the window, too complicated (keep in mind this was told to me one month later and at their 5th visit). They said that they would refund my money. I called the office and then comfirmed. It is two weeks later. I have not recieved my deposit back and they will not/can not put in the window. This company is the least professional, shady, least experienced company I have ever dealt with (this is the first consumer review I have ever written). I am not sure if they really are a company or some people working out of their basement (sometimes you hear children in the back ground.
