Horrible Company:
I KNOW IT IS LONG BUT PLEASE READ TO THE VERY END!!
If I could give a zero I would! This company is by far the worst company that I have ever heard of and I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. I know personally as I am a former employee of the company.
Where to begin - Let's begin with their lack of professionalism - Cheryl and Joseph (Yossi) are never available to conduct any real business matters. Cheryl seems to only be in when there is money involved. Joseph is in to yell, cuss, and kick/punch holes in the walls.
They mishandle all of the money in the business. Constantly seems as if they are robbing Peter to pay Paul. Payments to employees are late due to a so-called customer bouncing checks - which is nothing further from the truth.
I made a request on 1/27/16 for a previous year tax document to secure financing and that was almost three weeks ago. When I originally asked for this document I was told by Cheryl that "I have a bad back and it is in storage and that I will have to have someone get it out."
No problem - just let me know when I can expect it - to which she said I will get back to you.
2nd request made 2/2/16 as I had heard nothing back. I was sure to submit this request in writing and referenced the original request date. I was given yet another story by Cheryl which was "Like I said, the 2013 1099's are in storage which are currently being moved to a new storage facility. If you need them quicker, maybe you can ask your accountant who did your taxes for you. I will get them for you as soon as I can." (If I had not personally filed my taxes I would have contacted my tax professional for the document - as dealing with these folks is like running an obstacle course with the amount of excuses and lies they tell to cover themselves!)
I responded to let her know that I prepared my own taxes and that I needed a date in which I can expect the document.
3rd request was a phone follow up with Joseph himself. I told him I made the request for this document about 2 weeks ago and have not received anything. Not even a date as to when I could expect this document to be sent to me. (Which I did request a date as I really don't want to deal with these people.) He then said that I am "trying to make trouble for him" I was falsely accused of posting bad reviews about his company on multiple occasions all over the internet. He then stated that Cheryl was sick and he would have her email me the documents.
To this date 2/17/16, a day shy of three weeks, I have received no documents from them and was just notified that they are unable to locate my tax documents. I am extremely concerned about their ability to handle secure documents that contain the personal information of their employees. It is there legal obligation to handle these documents in a secure/safe fashion. If you don't have the form because you do not keep good legal records - then obviously you need to be reported to the VEC to let them know that you are unable to locate employee files which should have been kept for a minimum of 4 years in Virginia which can be found on page 6 of this document.
I quite frankly don't have to speak badly about the company because their reputation speaks for itself. All you have to do is watch your local news in which they have appeared twice for failure to pay their employees/subcontractors.
