NEVER EVER AGAIN! Absolutely horrible experience! I first scheduled an appointment for an estimate, left work early to meet the guys who never showed up. The people in the office were very nice and sent someone right back out at a time that was convenient for me so I didn't have to take time off of work again. The guys actually show up the second time around and quote me a price (in very spotty english) of "forty nine, ninety nine", which to me means $49.99 to clean the gutters and repair all of the joints that were leaking. Halfway through the job I confirm the price so that I can run inside and get them the cash.. the guy says "no, I said forty nine nine, ninety nine"... $499!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? They spent at most 15 minutes at my house from start to finish, left a mess around the house of wet leaves and NEVER fixed the joint leaks and charged me $499. I am in the process of working with the office to get this corrected so I will see how they choose to handle this, but until I get some sort of $$ retribution and gutters that no longer leak i would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone!
