We have used this company twice in the last six months, same shower, different problems. The first time was an emergency on a Saturday night. :( We thought uh oh, this is going to be pricey, if we can even find someone. The plumber we had used in the past has since moved away. Anyway, I went to the phone book and All Week had a refridgerator magnet on the front cover, so they were it. I called, explained
the problem and they had someone here within the hour. They sent JOE, and he was terrific. He checked the problem out and gave us two possible scenarios, one very resonably priced and if that didn't work, the other not so much. He was very knowledgable and patient with my husband who knows a bit about it and really picked his brain with many questions. Well, thankfully, he was able to fix it at the lesser price. Needless to say we were very gratefull. The second time was a little more dicey.
The pipe to the to the shower broke inside the wall.
We were sure they would have to break the tile surrounding the hole to get to it. I had saved that magnet and called . As it happened, JOE was the person they sent again and boy was I happy about that. Once again two scenarios, try to grab the rest of the broken pipe through the shower or break the tile surrounding the hole. He worked on it for a while and couldn't get it but said he had one more option but didn't have the proper tool, he had to go get it. He did and was able to do it without the breaking of any tiles! :) I wound not hesitate for a minute to use All Week again!!! The only thing I would do differently is, ASK FOR JOE!!!

I had a horrible experience with this company. They took my money ( I was naive enough to give them half of the payment on my debit card), didn't fix the problem and at the end even demanded me to pay the rest. The people who run this company are so ignorant and arrogant. The owner was screaming at me on the phone and demanded the payment for services they did not perform. Luckily I called my ban and explained the situation and asked for my money back. The whole process took about 4 months. I proved that they took my money and were dishonest. They even forged the receipt and sent a copy to the bank with added information on it but they forgot that I had the original with me. They were so afraid I was gonna take them to court and obviously I was going to win no doubt about it that they decided to refund my money directly to my bank account. I still keep all the papers and correspondence from the bank and from them as a reminder of to never call any random company without doing research again.

They came asap and assisted with my central air before I knew it I had cold air running threw my vents and I was in heaven again Thanks Guys

I recently had some issues with the plumbing in my building. All Week Plumbing was so good to me and my tenants that I felt compelled to send a letter about how well the issue was resolved. I did so, but I wanted to post something that everyone can see. Not only did the company send me a supervisor within less than an hour after i called, but he fixed the problem for me right then and there. I was fortunate that it required minimum repairs, so he was able to get whatever was available after he spoke to someone on his radio. I was all set to have be stressed out and possibly miss work. It was such a relief to have the issue resolved so quickly and professionally. I should mention that the bill didn't hurt as much as I thought.( Hopefully it was not an error and that's all there is to it....LOL)
