Great Experience:
The staff was knowledgeable and listened to our needs. When we have had to have someone come out and work on an appliance they have done a great job.

Incompetent electricians:
On the 2nd call the do the m/w repair the 1st tech failed, this 2nd literally spent 30 minutes wiring it backwards. Then plugged it in with the high risk of an electrical fire waiting to happen, and left. Now they won't return my call. I am taking them to small claims, where they have to pay for all court costs when they lose. I have camera video of the m/w plate slowly turning backward just for being plugged in. They are dangerously incompetent.

think twice before buying here:
Our Viking dishwasher arrived with a damaged door in October and the company was quick to replace the door. <3 months later though it stopped working COMPLETELY and the company has done nothing to help us. (Hmmmm - damaged door might mean damaged insides??) Turns out that they contract out repairs outside the BHM area to a company that knows nothing about Viking products. It has taken 4 weeks and twice they have shown up with a Viking manual trying to diagnose it. A reputable company would have replaced the entire machine by now.
