I had a disposal problem in my kitchen and when I tun on the power, it did not work. I tried to fix it myself on that evening, but it failed.

So, I called to see if they could come out tomorrow, but they said there was no additional evening charge and a free estimate. A plumber came out within 1 hour and he fixed it. After the fix, there were little noise from the disposal, so he cleaned it throughly by removing very small seeds and stuffs, and then no more noise.

After that, he taught me how to check when there is a problem with the dispoal, and how to maintain it.
