Horrible customer service!:
Was pleased with our purchase until delivery guys used casters on our new wood floors to install our couches. Gouged 12 feet of our floor and damaged our front door and company is "not responsible for damages." They want your money. Once they have it there are no returns and they are not responsible for anything, even if the damage or error is on their part. RUN!
Amazing prices!:
We wanted to order furniture on their website, but we wanted to see it in person, so we went to their showroom. The furniture they had was nice and decent. No heater, so it was cold, BUT they had really good prices on a lot of their merchandise, After seeing the quality at the store, we went home and ordered it on their websit. It arrived at our doorstep after just 4 days. The customer service was just OKAY, but it wasn't too bad. I didn't really care after I saw the prices.
Do not order anything from this company! Liars!!!:
I ordered a couch Sept. 21, 2010. They told me it would take 10-14 days. It is now December 7th and I STILL do not have my furnitiure. They keep giving me false dates of arrival. Sometimes you will call ALL day and they will hang up on you!! I have already contacted my lawyer who plans on reporting this company to the BBB. They have my money and furniture, and I have no idea where either is. I wouldn't even consider this a legit. business. The people are very rude and I have yet to speak with a manager or someone in charge!! They have made my life a living hell (not having furniture for the holidays when I had family flying down to stay with me and ended up staying at a hotel). They will not even give me a discount or anything for the inconvenience. It looks as though others have had the same problems and I wish I would have read the reviews about this place before making my order. They are liars and should be sued!!! (They don't deserve a star at all but i had to put 1 to subit this review)
Good Furniture - Bad Service:
My wife and I made two purchases there. The first purchase was for a counter high table with 6 chairs. The price and furniture was great and they really worked with us to help us figure our what I wanted. It took about 2 weeks to come in and I picked it up. I had no problems putting everything together.
The first experience was good, so I went back to buy an entire bedroom set. We ordered a king size bed frame and memory foam mattress, 2 nightstands, dresser and mirror, and TV stand for around 3 grand and chose to have it delivered. We were very happy with the deal we got. I found the same furniture on the internet at a couple places and this place beat everything by far.
We were expecting our order around 2 weeks, but it ended up taking around 3 and a half weeks. The problem is they forgot one of the night stands. I called to ask about it. They said it was a mix up and it would be in the next week and they would call. The next week went by and no call. I called and they said it got held up because of the weather and they would call when it got in. The next week went by and no call again. I called on the weekend and they said they would check first thing on Monday. Again, no call. I called on Tuesday and they told me they got it in and they would delivery it Wednesday. 10 minutes later they call back and say that they cannot deliver it because the delivery truck was broke and I could either wait until the next week or come pick it up. I was fed up, so I picked it up. I did not get any kind of apology and I should have got a small refund for the delivery fee since not all of it was delivered. We do love our bedroom set, but we did have to put everything together.
Long story short, the service is a [email protected]!p shoot. You never know what you will get. If you have patience and don't mind putting together your furniture then it is worth the great prices they have.
