Horrible experience. I booked this from an online travel site, and when I went to check in, they made me pay upfront for their hotel service fee. When I saw the room complete with holes in the wall, dirt in the tile and shady neighbors, I immediately went to the front desk and told them I changed my mind. I asked for the service fee back, but they refused even though I didn't stay there. Luckily I was able to get the reservation fee back from the travel company, but not the bogus hotel service fee. Stay away at all costs! The former owner applied for bankruptcy and the new ownership are NO better.
