I was extremely disappointed with this law firm. I would not recommend them to anyone. In my experience with them they demonstrated an alarming lack of legal knowledge concerning the NYS Medicaid laws, costing our family thousands of dollars. In addition, their legal advice during the application process nearly cost us thousands more in law suits and more legal fees. Rather than advocating for our family, they put us in a vulnerable position (either by lack of knowledge or consciously), and then sought to extract more money from us by the situation they caused. Fortunately, we were able to locate a real Medicaid Pro that was able, with her expertise, to undo the damage this firm wreaked on our family. I regret the day we retained this firm. I am giving one star only because I cannot post this review without selecting at least one star, otherwise it would be less than zero stars. Very disappointed!
