This store doesn't even deserve one star. Apple Care and this store say two different things. I drove 40 miles out to get my battery cable fixed because Apple Care said it could easily be done by taking it to this store. When I got to the Apple Store, I was trying to find someone to help me "sign in". I approached one of the managers and patiently waited for him to finished a conversation. As he [obviously] knew I was waiting on him, he kept talking and carried on into a non-related business conversation. Furthermore, after I was finally able to sign-in with the "rude" sign-in guy, I sat at the Genius Bar. The only thing "genius" about that bar is how they raise your hopes up for nothing. The associate took my battery cable apart and let the remaining piece fall on the hard floor. After examining it, he said "this isn't our product", which was a contradiction of what the Apple Care C.R. had said. There is a lot more to this experience, but I will leave it here. Overall, here is the skinny:

- Rude manager and associates
- Terrible assistance
- Scheduled appointment, but you can not sign-in if the "Sign-in Guy" is busy, or not available
- 3 associates trying to assist 1 person is terrible
- Negative 5 rating if you ask me
