How not to do business:
Brought in a boot to be stretched and was told if it needed more let them know. Well it needed more and I dropped my boot off, filled out a ticket and wrote my phone number on the ticket. I was told it would be done on Wednesday so I returned on Thursday only to be told they did nothing to it and the guy who stretches the boots was out. 1) How hard is it to turn a knob on a shoe stretcher and why didn't they call to tell me? Then the guy starts going on about how you really can't stretch boots with laces because it gives to much. Nice to know AFTER you took my money. No refund.
