Worst customer service and unprofessionalism ever!!!:
In September I dropped off an item to be fixed. I was told it would take a week. A week later I called and was told the item was fixed but just needed to be reassembled and would be called the next day to pick it up. After a few days and no call I called back and was told a few more days were needed and to call back over the weekend, then waiting on parts. A couple of weeks passed with no phone call. When I called back, (I guess they use this line a lot and forgot they had used it on me) they said everything is working and my item needed to be reassembled and they would call me tomorrow to pick up. A week went buy with no call and the process was repeated, actually 2 more time after this time (about 2&1/2 mos). Eventually I requested my money back and the Hawkins manager at AVS said he couldn't refund me the money on that day and stated he could mail me refund. He said he would call me tomorrow when it was sent. After a couple of weeks I called and the refund had not been sent. The same manager (as always) said he would send it the next day and would call me when sent. Like always I still to this day have yet for anyone from AVS to call me and have not received my refund. AVS will not issue me a refund, AVS will not allow me to go in person to pick up my refund. AVS continues to give me the run around and continues to say the will sent it and call me and nothing gets done. This is the worst customer service and most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. The only time in my 33 years that I've ever been forced to filing with the BBB. The manager/front desk guy as always promised to call me back, after the holidays because quote, "You know how it is around the holidays." Yeah, us customers who get screwed would like our money back as most competent business can easily accommodate so that we may spend it on our families. I'm surprised that with their horrible memory of remembering to call people back, the were able to remember practice test answers for all the little Mickey Mouse certifications on the wall. I still have yet to receive my refund. Maybe after the new year. Stay away from these clowns and go to professionals, heck, even a guy on the corner of Juarez, Mexico can do more for you...

Very bad Service and Unprofessional:
My husband took our plasma to get fixed, he paid for service and they told him that it would be ready in two weeks. My husband called after the 2 weeks passed and from that point they kept giving dates that it would be fixed by and come that date, he'd call and we heard the same story for a month, not once did they ever call us back! my husband even went to pick it up when they assured him it would be ready and yet they gave him excuse after excuse that they were waiting on a part, and bla, bla. and last they said they weren't able to fix it after all! and guest what? they don't have cash to give us our refund!!!!!! I'm supper mad! don't waste your time with these guys.
