i hired them because i had a bedbug roach problem , they got the job done .

I will not ever use this service again. I spent 2000 to get rid of bedbugs in my fathers house after he died, I had the house cleaned out, the house is completely empty of everything even appliances and the bedbugs are back months later.

This company doesn't stand by their service.

When I called for help I was called names and yelled at. Sad too, he seems like such a nice young man, with a young child and was talking about marrying the mother. He made an offer on my fathers house too, I was thinking about selling the house to him, or if i chose to rent it out keep his service. However with the reaction to my request for help, i'm surly staying clear. I guess I should had checked his BBB, license, insurance and bonding first.

That would had given me better clues to what I would be dealing with now. Do your Research, ask for numbers to licences, insurance and permits and look up companies at the Better Business Bureau.

Im very happy i hired A.valdez pest control , i had a bed bug problem and i called them , they mr valdez was very thorough and professional in explaining me how to fix the situation , i trusted him and thanks for the great service they provide for me i have no more bedbugs , i highly recommend this company they are license and insured and they are very well dress attire as professionals with their credentials . Thank you i hired them for a maintenance service for a year so far so good .

It's embarrassing to say, but i have had a pest issue in my apartment for a while. Unfortunately, I have tried those well known pest control companies that you see on television and it's all a gimmick. They did as little as possible for a high price and my problem never left. So, i wanted to try another company and I called A. Valdez did the job right. He is extremely affordable and took his time to explain to me the problem and what he was going to get rid of my problem, not just hide the problem, which is what the other companies were doing. If anyone is having the same problem as I had, then I highly highly highly recommend this company. Five stars all the way. less ▲
