They are like family:
I have been an owner/manager of my own property for 30 years, so choosing a property management company was a very difficult decision. My first meeting with Azari Properties was with Inna Pinkhasova and Yong Zhi Wu, immediately I felt that I had chosen the right company.
Inna and Yong showed my property and found the ideal tenants. Inna is professional, patient and understanding. I trust her judgment on marketing and pricing, implicitly.
Brandon has been arbitrating between the tenants and myself to smooth out any difficulties so everyone is happy. I appreciate his straightforward no nonsense approach. He is just great at hearing everyone’s side and orchestrating a win-win solution.
Their accounting department helped to figure out how to prorate expenses among the tenants and everything was handled smoothly.
My overall satisfaction with Azari Properties is really a comment about Manzar herself. She is brilliant, efficient and always on the job. If I felt I had a crisis I could call Manzar and within 2 rings there she is assuring me that she will personally look into it and all is taken care of. She is so good at what she does, I cannot even find the words but to say Manzar’s standards are nothing less than the best. Her whole team works at a very high standard of excellence. It is challenging to let go of your personal control over a property that you love and have managed yourself for years, but if you are looking for a great company to help you out you can’t go wrong with Manzar Properties. They are all I had hoped for and much more. They are like family.

In the past nine months of my experience with Azari Property Management, this young yet robust company has demonstrated high commitment to resolving my homeowner’s unique wants and needs. The company’s charismatic leader, Manzar Azari, has gratified me with trust, enthusiastic future, and profound attention to my personal situation. Whenever I came to her office on business, Manzar and her staff made me feel part of a warm, caring, and well-functional family.
If you are weary of disintegrated and impersonal corporate dealers, you may consider in earnest Manzar’s attentive and passionate management style. She is a tireless enthusiast with high professional standards. I met both of my tenants whom she had placed in my condo. I say she couldn’t have done a better job—the tenants have been responsible, considerate, communicative, and simply beautiful people. If Manzar means “good tenants,” they are more likely to be excellent. If she says “don’t worry,” you are likely to be pacified by a series of detailed got-it-done briefings. This is a truly people-centered company, exuding the well-being, care and ease in a generous family style.

Reliable and Honest:
This past spring my company asked me to relocate to the NorthEast for a few years. Of course, I didn't want to sell my apartment but I knew that trying to manage a property from soo far away would be a hassle. My graduate school class advisor recommended that I reach out to Azari and I am soo glad that I did! Manzar and Inna have been absolutely wonderful. They worked very hard to find me not just the right tenant but one that will be reliable (i.e. pay the rent on time!) I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company that will treat them with respect and honesty and who will take care of their property like it is their own.
