Incompetence:
In October supposedly my washer was repaired with a part that prevented the overflow on the fill cycle. 2 weeks later while having expensive wool carpet being installed, the washer problem occurred again but this time ruined over $1500 of carpet. His insurance company State Farm denied and he refused to call me back or at least refund the service call for the problem and would not honor his own work guarantee. This treatment shocked me especially since I had used the company several times in the past.
I will not be using this company in the future and I cannot recommend them to others either. The office staff and owner are rude and will not return calls, the technician is unprofessional and from my issue, probably had no idea what he was doing.
