Don't Bother Shopping Here:
We purchased a $3,400.00 massage chair from Backrite and it has been breaking down every 6 to 8 months and sometimes broke within a week time of repair—couple times. At the time of purchased, the same chair was available online for $600 less but the sales person convinced me their product is reliable and the store will take care of any problems along with the advantage of it being local. It turns-out the only thing they are doing is referring the problem to the manufacture, and they will charge you $150 per incident even under warranty. The chair as been overhauled couple times, computer board replaced twice and it is still broke. We called and wrote emails to Backrite and they are basically telling us too bad you bought the lemon chair and we’re no longer responsible or can do anything about it. And the manufacture is telling us the warranty is only valid for 3 years despite the chair being overhauled and repaired numerous times.
