I must say that my experience at this hospital was stellar and very refreshing! The people that work there are obviously loving and caring as they made my dog feel comfy and calm right away. The Doctor spoke to me with compassion, as though he genuinely cared about the health and well being of my dog. I did not feel like a "number" in his busy day.
He actually took the time to explain things to me. He was very thorough. (hard to find!) He was kind, sensitive and gentle with my dog. I am grateful for his vast knowledge regarding flea and tick control. It was very useful. (especially when you have children in the house!) I felt very comfortable and taken care of here. Any Doctor that goes above and beyond like this one deserves my business.
