Beware! Very unprofessional:
Beware!!! Very unprofessional, they don't want repeat customers. I called for a prescription refill the girl who took the message never gave it to anyone to follow up. Thank god it wasn't seizure medicine or something life threatening. I called back and was told someone would call back in 24-48 hours! Come on it's a refill for God's sake. I finally gave up after 72 hours, going to find a responsible vet hospital.

They try to force you to buy their overpriced meds:
Banfield refused to work with 1800 PetMeds to fill my dog's prescription. Initially they wanted the opportunity to price match, and when they couldn't, they refused to send the prescription to 1800 PetMeds. They were required to provide the paper copy to me, which they did. I faxed that to 1800 PetMeds and when they called Banfield to verify it, Banfield refused to do so. This has been going on for over a week now, my dog is now out of her medication, and I will never use Banfield or PetSmart again.
