They were great with making appointments. However, with the 3 times we went in, they had not talked with the previous person taking care of us. They wanted us to see how great everything looked with tours each time, but when it came to service, very disappointing. Almost 2 weeks have gone by, and they still have not done anything with getting things going with the online obituary. When we called and spoke to the location manager, he had no clue as to what the status of anything was and why nothing had been done. He was talking about refunding money, and that is not something that we want or would be willing to accept. We just don't want any other family to have to go through this when they are going through a tough time. Very sad to see this be the case.
