I am so upset with the care my puppy received when I took her in to spayed ! She ended up w/3rd degree burns due to neligence on a vet techs part. Now my pup is still in the hosp -- trying to heal. How did this neglect happen ! I expect to be fully compensated from her surgery and pain !
I was not informed when I picked up my pup that she might have been injured by the 'surgical lights'. I took her home and realized a couple of days later she was in such distress and pain (she cried and licked her stomach). How did I know to expect that she had been severely burned when I took her home from being spayed !!! My heart is broken because she has endoured such pain from a supposedly routing operation! When I was asked 'why didn't I bring her in sooner' -- I was shocked ! How was I to know that she would be severely burned when having a routine SPAY OPERATION !! I took her back as soon as I realized something was terribly wrong and she was in such pain !!!!! My baby has been thru such unnessary pain and abuse ! I miss and love her so much.

P.S. Since this accident with my pup,
the clinic has honored their promise to keep her in their hosp. and make her well. Plus, they gave me a complete refund. If I knew how to remove the above complaint, I certainly would!
The clinic did their best in regard to my pups compensation and recovery from the horrible accident. I will now continue to use them as my pups doctors. I realize now that it was due to an inexperienced vet tech. who caused my pups injuries, and who is no longer with the clinic -- thank GOD !
The clinic did their best to take care of that situation and I appreciate it so much. Just hope my pup heals further and on schedule.
