No problem picking up the trash, but I don't think there's ever been two times in a row they ever got our recycling. Have spent so. Ugh time making phone calls, but it doesn't help. This past time even called the day before to remind them how they had not picked it up for weeks, and the driver goes right by without stopping to pick it up. Maybe he just doesn't recognize their own containers? I give up. They just can't get it right!
