If I could give it NO stars.. I would.:
My husband, dog, and I all got a room here for a few nights. I don't even know where to begin.... Well.. how about at check-in. My uncle had reserved the room for us and came in the day before we got there to verify his card info for incidentals and whatnot so that it wouldn't be a problem upon check-in. Well... That was only one of MANY problems at check in. The staff here as NO idea what they are doing. It took 45 minutes for us to check in, and I thought it was all just an honest mistake and I let it go, but then it took the guy 30-45 minutes to check in EACH GUEST. Each check-in had some sort of faulty info or misunderstanding. The Sheets were not clean when we went to bed... They have all sorts of amenities... but they are all out of service.. the pool was "under construction" which from what we could see, was just empty.. the exercise room looked in tact, but the area where you slide the key had been ripped out with the cover poorly replaced.. the vending machines were empty, the ice machines were empty, the microwave was dirty... the hall lamp shades were falling off.. there was a broken door that stayed propped open that ANYONE from the outside could come into... we asked for a wake-up call... and they scheduled it an hour late.. I mean honestly, if I had a choice, I would have left the first night, but unfortunately, I couldn't. It was mind-blowing how terrible this hotel is. NEVER AGAIN.
