We were building a new house and bought our cabinets, hardwood and tile from Big Cove Decorating. The tile was put in and looks good. The hardwood was put down and more than acceptable was nailed directly from the top. This included the door ways where it is very noticeable. When we ask about it the owner came to look at it and brought us a can of putty to go around ourselves and putty all the nails and then buff it off. Well when you do that it leave a dull finish to each place which makes it much more unsatisfactory. Then comes the cabinets...we have been in our house now for over 8 months and still the cabinets are not fixed correctly. We have drawers that are off the slides and doors that are not fixed in our bathroom either. People have been to our house now several times and either didn't have all or any of the parts to fix the cabinets or didn't have time to complete it. Now again we are waiting on them to come fix them. And we always have to CALL THEM to remind them that the cabinets are still not finished!! And after the amount of money that was spent for all of this I am very unhappy and would not recommend them for anything!! not for pricing, product, service or finished product. You can find better quality at a better price somewhere else.
