Do not trust:
Had call from this place because of a online quote, explained my whole schedule and availability. Was promised 100 copies by the 26th with a lot of hoops to jump, reason I wanted to make sure, Ruth who took my order such a sweet person until the week before the dead line. It seemed more like a sales call than a company who provides the costumer service a costumer requires. Soon after out of frustration due that cd's were promised I get a 140 dollar extra fee to expedite, sure I agree and tell them I will make a review about the bad service, Sandy Cleeveley calls me telling me they will cancel my order because I said what seemed a "threat" to her. It's the 21st century, people make complaints for bad service, if you cant take it don't make fake promises. Never ordering anything from this place. Now I don't have CD's and a bad, terrible experience with this place.

BUYER BEWARE - Bison is bad business.:
They tried to hose me for more money to rush an order, that they guarunteed a date on. Once they got my money, their story changed. Now they needed a rush fee to get it done by that date. Now, their guaruntee date is just a guesstimation. Due day, no product was finished. Had to get a 24 hour place to do discs for my album release party. UNREAL. Then, a week later they told me they were throwing my product in the trash because they were tired of hearing from me wondering where my product was. Worst company EVER. Go with a reputable company like disc makers. The money they claim to save you...is a LIE and a SCAM.
