Do NOT hire Bloom Florist in BR!!!:
I am not usually a person that does bad reviews on company, especially locally owned, smaller businesses, but this was by far the worst I have ever been screwed over by one. They told me that they could do everything I wanted, included it all on an invoice, (so they totally understood what I was asking for, not to mention we gave them exact pictures) were paid in full and did not deliver on the majority of what i asked for:
-They forgot one of my grandmother's and my step-mom's corsage (which let me tell you, went over really well!)
-Instead of having the 17 callalilly and peacock feather boutonnieres that we paid for, they were taking flower petals and rolling them to look like a callalilly (Unfortunately I have the pictures to prove it) as the groomsmen were literally trying to walk down the isle!
-I asked for a crystal tree, and they made a PVC pipe thing, tied together with white ribbon, with wire twiggs w/little crystals stuck in the end of the pipes! Seriously,..it's bad!!!
If you can't do what I am wanting I completely understand,but at least have the respect to be honest with me! They were also late getting there and setting up so the pictures and ceremony ran late. One of our wedding coordinators even had to call them to see where they were. The sad thing is that there were alot of people that work in the local wedding industry at my wedding and trust me,...they all noticed it! I hate that I have to do this, but I just don't want any other bride to have to go through what i went through this!!! I feel like my pictures are ruined. If anyone wants to see the pictures of their work, feel free to email me.
