Blue Velvet is a fantastic beauty salon on Staten Island! Not only does it have the most professional, friendly, and experienced staff, but it also presents a relaxing atmosphere with their GORGEOUS decors, coffee, and snacks. I have great experience every time! Mindy, who is a hair stylist is AMAZING! She does my hair all the time and I could not ask for a better hairstylist. Waxing cannot compare to other salons and the facials are INCREDIBLE! The receptionist is the most friendliest person and very helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
