Housed in the historical 1840's Natchez building, the Bon Ton Cafe serves authentic Cajun cuisine. Specialties include the famed Rum Ramsey cocktail and bread pudding with whiskey sauce. The Bon Ton Cafe is open Monday through Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for lunch. Reservations are strongly recommended for dinner, which is served from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
