The chain of seafood is synonymous with Bang Bang Shrimp, Tilapia with Mango Salsa, and non-seafood Fontina Chops. The signature sauces draw the masses and is served with wood-fried fresh catch. Other worthy mentions are the crabcakes and the house-salad. The wait staff can get crabby at times, but otherwise at Bonefish Grill, you have no bone to pick.
