I am not exactly sure what this gentleman is talking about because my kids had a blast! The gentlemen at the counter when you first walked in were very kind. They even gave me a $2.00 coupon since it was my first time, which did apply to my 3 children.The other gentleman told "the rules" to my kids in a way that was kid friendly and did not scare them. The manager there indeed spoke spanish, but i did not take it offensivly for i also speak a lot of spanish. Hell we even had a whole conversation!There was no other customers when i had arrived but 30 minutes or so after, it started to get busier but not busy enough where i felt uncomfortable. I also had a nice chat with one of the employees about their future business plans, and even though he was talking to me, he still kept an eye out for misbehaving children. My child had tripped and immediatly, the staff was over to help him out, even for a non serious injury. The movie theatre was a very nice addition, especially for parents like me who easily get bored. I watched a whole movie while my kids played and we were also told that we could return that same day without having to repay. Something that other places like monkey joes does not have. I really liked the staff, the cleanliness, and overall experience at Bounce Realm and i know my children did as well! I will be a continuing customer as long as my children enjoy the facility.

So I took my daughter and twin boys there the other weekend, thinking they would have fun and enjoy their time bouncing and whatever there is to do there. When we walked the in the girl at the front gate didn't look happy and her boss or should i say the "owner" was hovering around her repeating everything she said but with an annoying overly exited voice. I'm italian, dark skin and hair she had the freakin nerves to say to me "se hablo espanol". That really p@!%!d me off. they said there was an age limit of 12 but there were kids who looked about 17 playing in there. Thank you lydia, i think thats your name, for telling me my kids were cute, but telling me over and over in the most annoying baby voice ever. The worst part was when my son started to cry and she picked him up and huged him. I'm from TN and we don't touch other peoples kids EVER! The fact that she was bossing her employees around like slaves, and demanding everything from everyone made me feel so bad for her. One of the girls said that Bounce Realm is her first business and she's really looking to build up her clients, well braging about your business doesn't make people want to come back. I had a horrible time, my kids were terrified of the birthday song they played, and the smell of all the horrible BO of all the children playing there.
PS that dam whistle needs to be taken away from her, the woman blew the thing right into my daughters ear!
