Unethical customer service:
Aside from some lousy technician who gave wrong plumbing diagnosis and only cared about going home to watch a soccer game, customer service at this place is heartless at best and terrible in essence. The president Cassandra Cordeno is an emotionally unstable individual and a sad excuse for a business director, who acted out of character and yelled at me nonstop because I was advised to call her office to discuss a post-sale invoice issue on a saturday by one of her associates. Apparently and unknowingly to me, that was "a bad day". Called twice to the company phone (note: not her personal line even though the business claims to open 7 days a week) and got a returned call from the owner barking repeatedly "you called me TWICE on a SATURDAY! You knew I was sick! Give me a break!". People in business should know better to keep their personal life and emotions away from their professional dealings. No customer concern, big or small should be minimized and ridiculed just because it won't bring extra revenue or the customer is not trained to know the trade. The person not only feels entitled to be fanatically rude, she also thinks she is self-righteous.
Arrived to fix my busted hose bib when they said they would and was very professional. Highly recommended!
