I was seeing Miles Thomas for 2 years suffering from chronic cystitis of the bladder. I and also dealing with fibromyalgia and chronic migraines. I am a chronic pain sufferer and my life has been devastated personally and professionally by these conditions. I missed 2 appointments in 2012 due to illness but in the fall the office cancelled my appointment claiming Dr. Thomas was not available that day and promised to call back with a new date and never did. I called several times and they would tell me the nurse will call and reschedule. I received a letter in the mail 20 days later stating "I" had cancelled the last appointment and therefore breached our doctor/patient relationship and then accused me of suspicious narcotic seeking behavior. I recieved only 1 pain perscription from her in 2 years. She banned me from the office and any other affiliated Riverside Urology office. I am currently without medical care due to her. So now I will have to travel out of Williamsburg to get medical care because I cannot find another office in Williamsburg. I would not recommend this office to anyone that expects to be treated with dignity and respect there is no hippocratic oath honored here.
