After grooming dog needed surgery:
We have been going to Buckeye Pet Grooming for 3-4 years with no issues. On our last visit on July 10, 2012 we dropped off our 2 cockers and 1 cat. When I picked them up our female 10 yr old cocker had a limp and by the end of the day would not put any weight on her left hind paw. After visiting the vet it was determined that she had tore her cruciate ligament in her knee and requires $1,000+ surgery.
Buckeye Pet Grooming has denied any wrongdoing and has refused to take even partial responsibility for the injury. We are very disappointed in how they have responded to the situation. Our healthy, active dog has had no joint or muscular/skeletal issues before now. When we dropped her off at Buckeye Pet Grooming she was fine, when we picked her up she needed major surgery. This leads us to believe that something happened we are not being made aware of. Obviously we feel that we can no longer trust them and will not be returning.

Would not take my pets here:
I took my cat there to get groomed and the cut my cat. They charged me extra for fleas but no deduction for the bleed.
